By accessing or using Globallee Pay's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Our platform enables customers to maintain NGN and USD balances, transfer funds, use virtual and physical cards, and access yield products. These services target individuals in supported African regions.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide a valid BVN and government-issued identification, reside in an approved market, and remain eligible under applicable financial services laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and PIN information, monitoring your account activity, reporting unauthorized access immediately, and keeping your account details current.
You may not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, to violate anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorism-financing (AML/CFT) regulations, to attack or reverse-engineer our platform, or to provide unauthorized third-party services.
Our fee schedule is published in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to modify our fees with advance notice; continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
Globallee Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or as required by regulation. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding balance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nigerian courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
